Services:-
We agree to provide website design and digital marketing services as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Any additional services requested by the client that are not included in the initial proposal will be subject to additional charges and may require a separate agreement.
Payment:-
Payment terms, including the total project cost, payment schedule, and any additional fees, will be outlined in the proposal or contract.
Late payments may result in suspension of services or termination of the agreement.
Refund Policy:-
If the client decides to terminate the website project after making the payment, the refund policy will be as follows:
- Within the first 3 days from the date of payment, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to the client.
- From 4 days to 1 months after the date of payment, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued to the client.
- After 2 months from the date of payment, no refunds will be provided.
- A service charge, representing the reasonable costs incurred by Digitaljobwork.com for the work done on the website project or digital marketing services up to the date of termination, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- The remaining balance after deducting the service charges will be refunded to the client.
- The service charges will be calculated based on the time and resources expended on the project up to the termination date.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving a written notice of termination from the client.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products/Digital Products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
